Marty Streeper, President of Meeting Management Group, Inc., formed the company in 1986 after successfully orchestrating a meeting for 650 in Miami, Florida for Carrier Air Conditioning. She began organizing meetings and conferences for corporations, associations, and government groups.
Since its inception, MMG has provided A-Z planning which includes site negotiation, marketing, registration, on-site management, and financial recap. MMG is also involved in theme setting, decoration, entertainment, and transportation for all events associated with any particular convention and meeting. It doesn't matter if your event is big or small, MMG has done them all.
Until 1989, Meeting Management Group operated as a home office company with Marty as the only employee. In September of that year, Mike Streeper joined MMG as Vice President - Comptroller. Marty moved the company into a one room office in 1990 and brought in additional support staff.
Today, Meeting Management Group, Inc. owns their own building and is completely debt-free. MMG added association management and educational school tours to its list of services. Just celebrating thirty years in business, Marty is excited about the future and what it holds.
